MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Minneapolis Police are investigating a shooting that left a teenager in critical condition on Sunday.
The incident happened at about 3 p.m. near the intersection of Lowry and Knox Avenues in north Minneapolis. Police said a 17-year-old boy is in critical condition at North Memorial Medical Center after suffering a gunshot wound to his leg.
Authorities were later spotted searching a home near 31st Street and James Avenue in north Minneapolis for evidence, but at this point no arrests have been made. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Minneapolis Police.
