MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One woman was hospitalized by shattered glass after a shoot-out near Interstate 94 in Minneapolis, according to police.
Authorities say the incident started at about 6:47 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of 4th Street North and North Broadway Avenue near I-94.
Police said one car involved was a black SUV. That vehicle was later spotted in a parking ramp at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, covered in bullet holes and blood. One adult female was taken to North Memorial after suffering injuries from shattered glass related to the shoot-out.
Police said an adult male drove himself to the hospital after suffering non-life threatening gunshot wounds at about 7 p.m.
Authorities are still investigating the incident, including what might have led up to the shoot-out.
