MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The trial is set to begin this week for a man accused of killing a father and son in their photo shop.
Paul Petras and his son, AJ, were closing up their store in La Crosse last September when they were murdered.
Jeffrey Lepsch, of Dakota Minn., pleaded not guilty to the killings last fall.
Court documents show thousands of dollars’ worth of stolen camera equipment were found in Lepsch’s apartment.
