MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – City officials are asking the public’s help finding a suspect in connection to a stabbing Thursday in Minnehaha Regional Park that left a 21-year-old man in the hospital with multiple wounds.
Dawn Sommers, of the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, said all three suspects were charged Friday with second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault.
The stabbing happened around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, and the incident involved groups of teens and adults in the park after hours with booze. After a fight broke out, the victim was stabbed.
Fourteen hours following the stabbing, Minneapolis Park Police had identified three suspects: 26-year-old Terrance Leaveen Norris, 18-year-old Railly Dumarce Runningsheild and 20-year-old Q’Shawn Oneal Lucas.
Both Norris and Runningsheild were arrested in St. Paul. Lucas, however, remains at large.
If you know where Lucas is, call 911.
