MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO/AP) – Closing arguments are expected to begin Thursday in the trial of a St. Louis man accused of killing three people at a Minnesota home last year.

Thirty-five-year-old Eddie Mosley is charged in the April 9, 2012, deaths of 59-year-old DeLois Brown and Brown’s elderly parents, 83-year-old James Bolden Sr. and 81-year-old Clover Bolden.

That month, Mosley was subpoenaed to face charges of sexually assaulting a teen in Minnesota. The girl’s mother testified Friday that Mosley called her multiple times after he was subpoenaed. Prosecutors say he then drove to Brown’s Brooklyn Park home to silence the girl, but she wasn’t there.

Mosley’s attorney, Travis Keil, has said Mosley had no motive to kill the victims.

Court is scheduled to convene at 9 a.m. on Thursday.
