MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 25-year-old Bloomington man has been sentenced in two sexual assaults committed in the vicinity of public transportation.

On Thursday, Dominique Darrough was convicted of first-degree sexual conduct and was sentenced to 48 moths in prison, with credit for 124 days served.

Darrough was arrested on Christmas Day after police say he molested a woman on a light rail train. A teenage girl also accused him of following her off a bus last week and trying to rape her. Both victims say he aggressively came after them.

Darrough was also convicted of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a gross misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 365 days to be served concurrently with the aforementioned sentence.
