BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (WCCO) — The transcript from the 911 call made after three people were found dead at an in-home day care has been released, as police continue to search for the suspect.

Relatives say 59-year-old DeLois Brown and her parents, 83-year-old James Bolden and 81-year-old Clover Bolden were killed Monday at Brown’s home on the 8100 block of College Park Avenue.

No one is in custody but according to the 911 call, a woman saw a man on a bike flee the scene. The man was described as wearing a blue sweatshirt with white stripes on the bottom.

The transcript of the woman’s call to 911 details how she arrived at the home to drop her son off and noticed something suspicious.

“There’s a break in I think,” she states. “I just dropped my kid off at daycare and I saw a suspicious guy on a bicycle.”

The woman tells dispatch that she wasn’t sure where the man was so she called Brown to tell her and heard her say “no,” before the phone went dead.

Later, the woman tells dispatch she sees the man riding on his bicycle toward Wal-Mart with something under his coat. She notes that the door to the home is open and tells dispatch she’s going to go inside to make sure everyone is OK.

After asking for “Mrs. Brown” several times with no response and telling dispatch that she can’t find her, she suddenly blurts out, “Oh Jesus Christ, Mrs. Brown, no! No!”

The woman tells dispatch the three victims, Brown and her parents, are in a room, covered in blood and appear to be dead.

Dispatch tells the woman to go outside. The woman is heard crying and saying, “Oh Jesus Christ, why, why, Lord Jesus, why. Oh my God, oh my God …”

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner said Wednesday that DeLois Brown died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Meanwhile, police are also investigating a fourth homicide that occurred a mile and a half from Monday’s killings. They say the two incidents are not related.
