MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 22-year-old man has been charged in the shooting death of a 24-year-old man in St. Paul.
Adrian Ricardo Flowers, of St. Paul, was charged with one count of intentional second-degree murder in the Sept. 28 shooting that killed Dekota Galtney.
Flowers was arrested on Dec. 10 in a Bloomington hotel room. His girlfriend, Jade Alexandra Larson, 19, of North St. Paul, was also charged, for aiding an offender.
According to the criminal complaint, Galtney was outside near 4th and Bates when he was shot. Friends brought him to the hospital with a shotgun wound to the chest, where he later died.
Surveillance cameras in the area identified the vehicle involved, which was stopped by officers nearly two hours later.
