MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Wisconsin police arrested a 40-year-old man Saturday night after he ran through traffic and a woman’s backyard, screaming police were going to kill him.
The Rice Lake Police Department said when they responded to the scene, located on West Knapp Street, they found the man’s hands and face covered with cuts and blood.
Police say the man told them he broke through the windows of an area business.
Police located the business and found its front door and window broken.
