MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A Benedict, Minn. man has been charged with the attempted murder of his foster son on Tuesday, according to the Hubbard County Attorney’s Office.
Dennis James Sullivan was charged Thursday with second-degree attempted murder, and also face first- and third-degree assault charges.
Sullivan was arrested in North Dakota and appeared in a Fargo court Thursday, where he waived extradition to Minnesota.
He will appear in Hubbard County Court on either Friday or Saturday.
