MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Less than 24 hours after the initial report, a Little Canada, Minn. chiropractor accused of sexually assaulting a patient has now had his license suspended.
On Wednesday, we reported that Paul Thompson was still allowed to see patients while being investigated by authorities. He was arrested two weeks ago after a patient told police he raped her and had touched her inappropriately before.
Now, the Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiners has temporarily suspended his license, barring him from continuing to practice.
Thompson has been disciplined in the past for having inappropriate contact with patients. For years, a term of his probation was that he couldn’t be alone with them.
