MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DWI charge earlier this week and was sentenced to two years of probation.
Henderson pleaded guilty on Monday in Carver County Court, and was also fined $1,000, according to the county attorney’s office.
The terms of his probation include that he remain law-abiding, have no driver’s license violations, have no alcohol-related traffic offences, and complete treatment.
The Vikings released Henderson in February following his second arrest for alleged drunk driving. He had one season left on his contract with a $1.95 million salary.
