MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 37-year-old White Earth man has been indicted and is accused of producing, receiving and possessing child pornography.
On Tuesday in federal court, Corey Victor Bevins was charged with three counts of production of child pornography, five counts of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
The indictment alleges that on three occasions in 2012 Bevins induced a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing videos of the conduct. Bevins is also accused of knowingly receiving video files and being in possession of video files containing child pornography.
If convicted, Bevins could face up to 30 years in prison on each production count, 20 years on each receipt count and 10 years on the possession county.
