MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 43-year-old Spooner, Wis. man was arrested Wednesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence — his seventh offense.
James E. Link was arrested around 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, after the Wisconsin State Patrol received a call about a vehicle in the ditch on Interstate 94 east, near milepost 71.5.
Troopers responded to the scene and requested an ambulance.
Link was placed under arrest and transported by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
