MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials say investigators found the body of a missing 15-year-old student in southern Minnesota and that his death was not the result of violence.
The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s office confirmed through dental records that the body found Thursday was that of 15-year-old Noah Graddy, the Dodge County Sheriff’s office said. The teen’s body was found on rail road property west of 260 Avenue in Dodge County, just east of Kasson.
An autopsy conducted Friday morning showed that Graddy suffered no trauma. As a result, officials said they are confident his death was not the result of “homicidal violence.”
Graddy was last seen on Jan. 19 in Kasson, according to the “Find Noah Graddy” Facebook page.
His cause of death remains under investigation, as final autopsy results are still pending.
