MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Minneapolis man is among those busted in what is being called one of the largest child pornography busts in history.
The Department of Homeland Security has been watching an underground ring and its members over the past year. They say a dozen of the victims are from Minnesota.
Investigators say, in total, there are about 250 victims spanning across 39 states and 5 countries. Some were just toddlers.
Thirty-two-year-old Sean Jabbar, of Minneapolis, is one of 14 men arrested and charged as being one of the organizers. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
Officials say this case is not over. They are still investigating more than 300 active cases which they believe are related to this ring.
