MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Authorities are investigating after three people were shot outside a Hudson, Wis. liquor store.
Police say the shooting happened around 9:30 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Second Street. Hudson Police Chief Marty Jensen said the shooting occurred outside the Spirit Seller Liquor store in the parking lot.
Jensen said all involved are said to be Minnesotans and that no one actually made it into the liquor store.
Two men and a woman were shot and all were transported to Regions Hospital. None of the victims have been identified and their conditions are unknown.
Police say witnesses are being very uncooperative.
Authorities were looking for a Cadillac with four men inside as a possible suspect vehicle. Eagan Police spotted the vehicle and followed it to a Bloomington hotel parking lot, where two of the men were arrested.
Jensen said he believes there was a conversation between two vehicles in the parking lot before the shooting broke out. He said evidence suggests the victims tried to get into the liquor store for help.
The last shooting in Hudson was in 2007, Jensen said.
