MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police are investigating after a man was found dead in an alley in south Minneapolis Friday morning.
Officers were sent to the 100 block of 39th Street West at about 11 a.m. Friday. When they arrived, they found the body of an adult male. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said that he had evidently sustained a head injury.
Homicide investigators say there is no information on possible suspects, and no one has been taken into custody.
The man has not yet been identified, pending an investigation by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
