MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Police and bomb squad units are investigating after a bomb threat was called in at a local CVS Pharmacy on Monday.
Officials say employees at the CVS Pharmacy at Franklin and Nicollet received phone and email threats about a bomb in the business.
A subsequent investigation revealed no bomb was found on the premises.
Traffic was shut down at the intersection and the pharmacy was evacuated, as a precaution.
Police are working to determine who made the threats. The scene has since been cleared.
A bus with air conditioning was brought in for the evacuees.
