MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities have arrested a 58-year-old Bemidji man in connection with the hit-and-run crash that killed a 25-year-old man last week.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office said Martin Erwin Ubert turned himself into police last Friday and was arrested on Tuesday night. He identified himself to authorities as the man driving the car that hit and killed Christopher Strong on July 31.
