CLAYTON, Wis. (WCCO) – A woman was found passed out and naked from the waist down in a car parked outside of a K-12 school in Clayton, Wis. Sunday afternoon.
According to authorities, 34-year-old Cheri Fullarton was passed out in a car outside of the Clayton School at approximately 2:18 p.m.
When Fullarton become responsive, she agreed to take a preliminary breath test which resulted in a .277 reading.
She was arrested for disorderly conduct.
