FARGO, N.D. (AP) — One of four people charged with dealing cocaine, heroin, marijuana and ecstasy in North Dakota and Minnesota has been sentenced in federal court.
Anthony Ancona pleaded guilty in March to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Authorities say Ancona and others obtained the drugs in the Minneapolis area and distributed them in Fargo, Grand Forks, Williston, Moorhead, Minn., Alexandria, Minn., and Thief River Falls, Minn.
U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson sentenced Ancona to 10 years in prison.
Showin Davis, Alexandra Evelius and Markie Ann Plutowski have also pleaded guilty in the case.
