MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Amy Senser’s appeal of the felony conviction in the hit-and-run death of a Minneapolis man will now be heard in early May.
The appeal was originally scheduled to be heard on Wednesday. It has been rescheduled for May 1.
Senser’s attorney filed the formal appeal shortly after her conviction last year in the death of 38-year-old Anousone Phanthavong.
Senser, the wife of former Viking and restaurateur Joe Senser, was sentenced to 41 months in prison for two counts of criminal vehicular homicide.
