ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Police are seeking the content of Facebook accounts associated with a St. Paul man who’s charged with killing his missing wife.

A search warrant affidavit released Wednesday says a friend of Jeffery Trevino told police that Trevino had recently included the initials “NWNP” on some Facebook posts, and that the friend believes they may stand for “No Witnesses No Proof.”

Jeffery Trevino remains jailed on charges that he killed his wife, Kira Steger Trevino. She’s been missing since late February.

The affidavit was filed in support of a search warrant to access the Facebook accounts of both Trevinos and a man who lived in their basement. Police say they believe the posts were made before Trevino’s arrest.

His attorney, John Conard, said he had not seen the search warrants.
