MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — St. Paul Police are still tracking down dozens of leads in the case of the disappearance of Kira Trevino, the St. Paul woman who was last seen February 24th.
Her husband, Jeffrey Trevino, is being held in connection with her disappearance, but so far her body has not been found.
Dozens of people searched Lilydale Park Sunday, but to no avail. But St. Paul Police Sergeant Paul Paulos said they appreciate the help.
“The more eyes, and the more people we get out there, it’s just so beneficial to this situation,” Paulos said.

Paulos said they are offering to give the searchers guidance when combing the woods and other areas, when it comes to avoiding private property.
“And what to do if they find something. We look for the integrity of that scene. That they don’t poke, prod, grab or remove it. That they leave it fully in tact to preserve the evidence,” he added.
Saturday, dozens showed up as well to search a reserve in Rosemount.
