MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Paul police are investigating after child porn was allegedly found on a device belonging to a public school.
Police did not elaborate much Wednesday, but they did say there is no indication any school staff member had anything to do with the alleged pornography.
The school in question was not named.
Police said the staff acted appropriately in reporting the incident to authorities and handing over the device Wednesday.
It is too soon to tell if the images originated on the device or if they were transferred to it, police said.
The investigation is on-going.
