MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 20-year-old pedestrian was hit and killed Saturday evening on Highway 48.
The Pine County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol responded to the scene around 7:22 p.m.
Authorities say Dylan Benjamin, of Hinckley, Minn. was walking just west of the intersection of Highway 48 and Pine County Road 20 when he was hit by a 2000 Ford Super Duty truck.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
Police say Benjamin was deceased at the scene.
