SAUK RAPIDS, Minn. (WCCO) – The mayor of Sauk Rapids was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Sauk Rapids Police responded to a report at approximately 2:50 p.m. of a car causing property damage at 800 18th St.
During the investigation, police arrested 48-year-old Bradley Charles Gunderson for driving under the influence.
Gunderson was processed, submitted to a urine test and was released to his residence by Minn. State Patrol officers.
Formal charges are pending until test results are released from the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
