MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — One man is dead after suffering injuries in an apparent stabbing Saturday in Minneapolis.
Officers were dispatched to an apartment building on 5754 33rd Ave. S. on a report of a stabbing. When they arrived, they found the male victim inside. He was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The man died several hours later from his injuries.
At this time, police don’t have any suspects in custody. Preliminary investigation indicates there is no threat to public safety.
The victim’s identity has not been released. Police say that and his exact cause of death will be released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office.
