WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — The FBI has arrested a man indicted in Minnesota for possessing child pornography in North Dakota.
The FBI says that William Upshaw was arrested by special agents in Wahpeton on Wednesday.
Upshaw had been indicted on Monday and an arrest warrant had been issued. Upshaw was indicted on three counts of child pornography for distribution and one of possessing child pornography. Upshaw had previously been convicted of a sex crime and is a registered sex offender in Minnesota.
The FBI says Upshaw was arrested without incident after agents tracked him to Wahpeton.
