MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities have identified the body of the woman who was found dead on a Minneapolis street Thursday.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office said 21-year-old Brianna Jones died at 3:22 p.m. from a gunshot wound to the head.
Authorities found Jones’ body on the 1500 block of Emerson Avenue North, the street on which Jones lived.
Police are considering Jones’ death a homicide and are continuing to investigate the incident.
