MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a Minneapolis man for his 8th DWI offense Wednesday night.
David Lehman, 47, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving with a revoked license, fleeing and speeding.
According to police reports, a trooper spotted Lehman speeding on Highway 29 in Clark County around 6:17 p.m. When the trooper turned on the emergency lights and siren, Lehman wouldn’t pull over.
Clark County deputies and the state patrol chased him for nearly 30 minutes at speeds up to 110 miles per hour.
He was eventually stopped when officers popped his tires with deflation devices.
Lehman is being held in the Clark County Jail.
