BLAINE, Minn. (WCCO) – The Anoka-Hennepin Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and the Blaine Police Department seized synthetic marijuana from a tobacco shop Friday morning, said authorities.
Officers executed a search warrant at Blaine Tobacco, located at 1430 93rd Lane NE, around 9 a.m. Friday morning. Eighteen packages of “Chill Herbal Incense”, weighing four grams each, were seized.
