HASTINGS, Minn. (WCCO) — Three teenagers have been accused of selling Vicodin and Adderall to students while at school.

Patrick Jonathan O’Neill and Samuel Anthony Burt have been charged with felony counts of controlled substance crime. The charges also indicate a third unnamed 17-year-old student accused of the same crimes.

According to the criminal complaint, a staff member at the school went up to a school resource officer to report the three students had been distributing prescription medication on campus.

A student told the staffer they had witnessed Burt and O’Neill in the middle of a drug deal, according to the charges.

O’Neill was brought in with 15 Vicodin pills and 8 Adderall pills on his person, neither of which he had a prescription to take, the charges state.
