MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minneapolis attorney Clark Griffith, who is the son of a former Minnesota Twins owner, has entered what’s called an “Alford plea” to a charge of indecent exposure.

The Alford plea means Griffith, 70, doesn’t admit doing anything wrong, but he does acknowledge prosecutors have enough evidence to convict him.

A 24-year-old student at William Mitchell College of Law says Griffith exposed himself to her in January, after a meeting at a restaurant. Griffith had been an adjunct professor at the law school.

Clark Griffith is the son of the late Calvin Griffith, who owned the Minnesota Twins in the 1950s through the 1980s.

He’ll be sentenced next month.
